Hey mate I personally use Fox Inclines....at first they're a bit annoying,but give them a few hours riding and they're as comfy as anything There are more trials specific gloves,it could be a case of going into a shop and trying them out Make sure you get the right size though,bare in mind that they do stretch Hope this helps Ben

Hey you mate....welcome to the world of trials biking if you want to progress...i recomend spendin a little bit of money and buying "mastring the art of trials" with ryan leech dvd....well worth 20 pounds it progreeses through different stages starting with the basics like trackstand and bunny hop.......right up to rock walks and precision landing. linky hope this helps Ben

Right guys....i've seen that there's alot of people here,bein a newbie i want to get to know you all,so was wanting to know what every one started out on.....was it a complete bike you bought or did you plunge in and custom build it. Also what was the first upgrade you bought for it?? Mine was Saracen Mad 03' and basically swapped evrything over from an old diamondback jump bike i had sitting in my shed for a few months. First upgrade was a rear deore hub on a D521 ceramic rim which i bought for 20 pounds!! (now i think about it,that was quite cheap)LOL thankyou Ben

I am a cycle mechanic of 3 years,and parts on my bike have gone wrong.I jus repair it and learn from the experience. I found on the old HS33's that the cross over hose was breakin alot.....went through 5 in bout 3 months.But have had 05' ones for jus under a year now,never bled them once and have found nothing wrong with them and they feel as good as day one ben

Me and my mate had an arguement over this a few months back,he was running a foirmula before pro disc and me 05' maggys.Admitidly the rear disc gripped super.....but theres always the chance that that little slip could cause a nasty accident...like it did to him.There's nothing like the feel of a maggy with some plaz's on a med grind .Also it's down to what you feel is best for you,i personaly like maggy's front and rear...others disc front and so on hope this helps ben

that tensioner looks sweet.....i'd love to get one but i don't think it's going to fit my weird droputs on my frame any one got any pics of just the tensioner, and not on a bike?

To be honest mate......go with what feels best,ask your mates if you can hav a go of their bikes.I bought a 26" and customized to a bike i thought i'd never wanna giv up.But last month i tried my mates xtp 20" and i loved it more than mine. choose wisely hope that helps ben

I remember mine well....i was down an industrial park with my mates.....decided to get a few cotton reels out and have a play on them....cut a long storey short...i hesitated on the gap between then,ended up front wheel in the gap with a tooth crunching chin slap on the reel,and bars planted neatly in the jewels. ben

Ashton all the way......my mate just got his one and i'm so jealous.It's such a lovly bike to ride,and it goes where ever you want it to,side hops are great on it too.I was origainaly gunna get 1,but didn't wanna wait till June (bein january at the time)...wish i had now The aorta's look nice....it's the fact that theycome with a spare hanger that kinda puts me off em Ben
