  1. Add your frame and crank combos and which BB you run. Also add any other combos which you know are 100% correct! Please can everyone put down what frame they have no matter which one it is and say what setup you need.

    Once a new combo has been posted, it will be added to the list, and the post deleted. This keeps the thread clean, and makes it easier to find what you are looking for

  2. None, if you fit the tubes and tire right and do the prelaoding of bed and have a qualty rim you will be fine. I only pump them to that presures then relese them down slowly.

    and what would be the point in that.....160psi aint easy to pump up.....ie actually puttin all your weight on a track pump, like to see you try n get 160!!!!! ne1 who has worked in a bs and pumped up a roadie bike to 120psi. i couldnt have got it much higher than that

  3. you aint gona lose much weight jus changin the rim, it will be more the tyre n toob, get a hot s and a latex toob n see how much weight u lose, jus changin rims i doubt ull notice much if anything when you ride, but it all counts
