sounds like you have oil on your pads ways you can try 1.sand down the pads a bit, so it will have fresh material (it might not responded, when you put it back in, thats ok just keep using it till it does, just needs to wear back in) 2.try burning the surface (this is trying to remove th oil in the pads) 3.drown in white spirit, then set it a light (this is trying to remove th oil in the pads) 4.new pads hope this helps

yer the Ciguena looks sweet I ve always liked that frame but how come on the tartybike site the black frame hasnt for a support bar thing by the rear disk break but the white one does? what is that abouts?

OK Heres the deal since in i might and most proberly have cracked my frame the thought of having rear disk is slowly fading away and I m having a new rear wheel built not built yet I was going to have a disk hub on it but since now I might not have a frame compatible for dub disk so question is should I keep the order of Disk hub and find a frame good for rear disk? or change it to a none Disk hub and keep using the HS33?

Thats well GAY Any suggestion on a new frame thats similar to my one but stronger and the option for dub disk (with strong chain stay) so I wont have a Repeat

Just cleaning up my Monty 221pr 06 and came across a black line... in the joint where the chain stay and BB is welded (freewheel side) Now it could be just the paint Crack or in the worst case Frame Crack How do I tell?

I take it both Avid Juicy Carbon and Hope Mono Trial are as good as each other Disk brakes are powerful anyways I dont think it would do much problems to the frame since its designed for dub disk so I guess its down to price Thankyou all

Why Avid BB7? I don't like Mech brake, doesn't look as good would Avid Juicy carbon not work for trials?

A pair of Avid Juicy Carbon is 200 squids....thats why i was think of gettin them cheapest for a pair hope mono Trial I know is 250 pounds... Is the Rear triangle on the 221 06 strong enough??

It just means the front and the back of my brakes are DISKS:P

Hey So heres the story...I have a monty 221 pr 06 and have both front and rear disk hub currently only using front disk Louise and rear Hs33 and since i have both disk hubs, i was thinking of having double disk. The Plan is to get a pair of Avid juicy Carbon so...anyone using the Avid Juicy Carbon? Is it any good for trials? or anyone using double disk on a monty 221 pr 06? good or bad and is it the same as Avid juicy 7 about with out the carbon thankyou all

I was Riding Last night Did a pedal kick and it completely slipped I thought it was nothing major, so i carried on riding Then it happened again, and it was completely gone Figured out that it was the threads on the Hub that has given up! So I took my wheel apart, got the cog and its safe I think apart from these dents where the chains being! I just wanted to know if its a problem? Thankyou all
