hey not sure if this debate has been done before but i find out soon enough by the modders Im new to my area, there aint too many peeps here and need to get back into riding Do any o you riders use "state parks" or just stick to the street??

Do you warm up/down before and after riding? What sort of bike are you riding? What height are you? what's your bar/stem set-up? If your bike's too long/short for you it might cause pain, more so if it's too short.??????????????????????????? :$ ive never done a warm up in me life since i started riding :$ Guess i must have a perfect set up

me personally would jus leave, it aint like it gonna hinder u in any way.

cheers 4 the welcome. i ride a koxx frame, the rest i chucked together tryAll rims on hope hubs (bulb on rear) easton handle bars hope stem & headset, fatty 4ks, onza cranks with azonic X pedals and maguras 33 front & rear not sure if i can post pics or not? :$
