Just wondering, does anyone know whether late night shopping is on tonight? I guess it depends where you live but im heading to portsmouth and southampton?
As thursdays is the normal day for it but thursday is xmas day!
I hope it is as i need to sort out shit loads of presents!

Although modifying a car may be worthless to some people, i feel what i've done to my car was worth every penny because its mine and what i've done to it makes it mine, also, i think looks to the car is the main reason why i've done alot of modifying to it, call me a boy racer

i remember seeing a diagram and labels out all the different angles and geometries of a trials bike. if anyone has it that would awesome, i tried searching but no luck!

forging has the advantage of an orientated grain structure and I would guess that hydroforming has the same advantage this can make a component stronger in a certain axis.
the reason for using hydroforming over forging is the high cost of dies. would you be able to posy the essay after you have written it I would be quite interested in finding out more about the process.

right, im writing an essay on manufacturing techniques and amazingly, the topic is about hydroforming! ha!
So i was wondering if you guys can help me on a few things i would like to know. I already know how it works, what is it etc but one thing i would like to know is - Why would hydroforming be used in trials bikes? Does it make it stronger and how?
I know its kinda cheeky to get people to help me with my essay but i'm only asking for help

My school just introduced this in there comps and just bought a copy off my teacher for £5 so i can play around with it at home!
But apparently its very industrious and used in alot of top companies!
I was looking at the orange county choppers (american chopper) website and there are jobs going and most of them state MUST have experience in solidworks

OOOOO there was a programme all about this with alesha dixon from Mis-teeq and she had interview with loads of magazine companies, that would of been such a big help for you!
Cant remember what channel but you hopefully you can watch it on bbc iplayer or channel 4 online
