i got a new starnut as the old one broke but i do not know how to install it, please could someone tell me

hi my star nut broke inside my steerer tube and i went to the bike shop to get a new one which they said would fit, when i got home it looked to small, does any one know if they expand or anything? thanks for your help, marcus

hi im not sure if this is true but i hear you can get a little freewheel the clips onto your chainstay to keep the chain tight?

hi iv got a standard spec onza t pro and when i pedal there iis a creaking, grinding noise coming from the crank, please could someone tell me what this is, i think its the bearings

and they dont squeek?

what pads so i buy if i dont want them to sqeek on a grind?

hi how do you tighten the wheel cones because i have tryed and the axel just turns when i do it and i have tryed gripping the axel with pliars ect but it still turns .. help please

hi have the onza t pro standard forks and i was tightening the top cap bolt near the headset and tightened it to much and something snapped inside the forks. i have tried retightening it but the thing inside the fork tube just spins and wont tighten please could you tell me wether i will need new forks or how i can fix this. thanks alot marcus

hi i have a standard onza t pro 05 and i was wonderign what u suggest i should upgrade it make it lighter ect...

when i spin the cranks backwards i can a little bit of grit scrating but nothing big, just wonderign to take the pedal arms off do i need a crank pull?

nah my pads arnt rubbing and my chain isnt tight so i dont really know
