it wasn't some crazy shindig, just her Mum thought it would be unsafe to get there and she thought that she would be responsible if any of us got hurt.
Her parents are a bit overprotective.

I saw this bike when it was up for sale on here (and when you brought it) , you have used the same pictures the seller used in his For Sale topic. Get some of how it is now, I think its a beautiful bike!

I have taken the trucks off my old fracture deck (I used to be a wood lover) and I shall be hitting the snow tomorrow.
I also made a binding on the front out of some rope and covered the area in masking tape to make it smooth
EDIT: Here's a picture (sorry for awful quality)
...not that there's much to see other than a plank of wood and a bit of rope.
