Thanks . It might be worth mentioning that prior to this trip I hadn't been on a bike since last August as bouldering has taken over my life haha

Just got back from a week long trip to the coast to ride with Mike Sted. He showed me around to his local natural spots and these are some clips I managed to get .

The bike control and skill level is amazing ! He WILL be a beast in a short time . I think some plyometrics off the bike could help him get some more pop , but I imagine puberty will help with more power as well haha . Nice video, looked like an awesome trip !

Thanks ! I really like the geometry of the frame. I'm pretty easy on bikes for the most part so hopefully it lasts me the season. I'm gonna run a downtube protector and hope for the best haha

Thanks man! Current setup : I tapped out the bottom holes of the magura mounts on the frame to accept m8 vee posts. I then made a custom booster/adapter for the vee spring holes. Sd7 levers Avid ultimate black ops arms Tnn be green vee pads Avid flak jacket housing

Haha welcome to my life ! It's an echo 24 with 130x35 stem. Don't know how much shorter I could go since I don't care to ride a mod . And yea rays is a blast . Way more to ride on my hex than proper trials stuff , but it beats riding outdoors when it's well below freezing .
