  1. if it snaps then ill just get a new one not arsed really were trying to see how much weight u can save on a frame before it gives so we will probly end up drilling more holes untill it just snaps new frames are cheap enough now anyway u can get a koxx xtp for around 600
  2. ill post pics as soon as i get me cam back from me mates house cos theres pics on there
  3. na its 20 holes on each side with an inch between the centres of each hole
  4. how many guys are there who ride in the northeast england area eg newcastle middlesbrough hartlepool etc cos we have some awsom natral riding here in hartlpool in the form of the rocks at the marina and some canny good street stuff to we are looking to get a big ride organised in hartlepool if anyone is intrested
  5. we have 40 holes in the down tube 20 either side 30 in the top tube 3 in the head tube 3 in the cnc yoke 1 in the top tube seat tube gusset and 27 through the seat tube lol its saved loads a weight and hasnt seemed to affect the overall strength well not yet any way but im not too arsed anyway cos im getting the koxx cacio at the end of the month but im not gonna build it till i either crack or snap this one lol
  6. lol its recent enough lol ive only just logged on to see if anyone has heard of this being done before but obviously not lol
  7. we ahve been riding the frames for 2 months with the hole in doing various 10ft+ drops and gaps we have had no signs of cracking or bending at any points on the frames
  8. me and my mate have just both drilled 104 12mm hiles in our frames to get our wieghts right down we are both very smooth riders and im just woundering if anyone else has done this before my mate rides a t rex noew shape and im currently on the p-x zebidi cos its lighter than the t rex and im upgrading soon to the koxx casio pro model as its lighter again but does anyone know or have heard of anyone else drilling frames out
