  1. I got something that will cheer you up if youre board. Old mother hubard went to the cupboard to give her poor little doggy a bone. But when she got there the cupboard was bare so the poor little doggy gave her a bone of his own. This should in theory keep you laughing till it drys up and warms up then you can go out and ride.
  2. Thank you that was not the sort of thing i wanted to watch before going to bed. I didnt even think it would be that bad,was still pritty bad but i bet alot of us have seen worse. Surprisingly enougth even after seeing footage like that i wont wear a helmet nor will alot of other people. Reason for this being that everyone is very arrogant and thinks it will never happen to them. Main lesson from things like that is to wear a helmet. Darren
  3. I cant veiw video how do i can some one help me please ive signed up but it says i cant watch it
  4. Frist things frist you control the bike it does'nt control you. Trials hoping Step1:You should just try seeign how many jumps on the back wheel you can do this will improve balence. Step2: Now try this with both wheels on the floor kick on the pedals and pull the back brake. Step3: Now bring them back and do this repeatedly Step4: put these three steps together when on the back wheel. Back wheeling step1: Do at least half a pedal turn on you leading foot for most people there right foot. step2: As you other foot is forward pull up on the handle bars as if youre doing a wheelie. step3: Put pressure on the pedal of the leading foot and push bike forward as you land pull the back brake. I would also advise going on websites where they show you video clips of how its done like TRASH ZEN. Keep practicing these and you'll soon find the rest should be easy and follow on.
  5. I would say dmr grips Personally. I had a pair of those for ages. (meaning months not days) I would recommend getting some cousts.(Cousts, grind and tar equals immense) Definitly stay away from foam grips do not last a secound they tend to rip.
  6. That was a nice video with some fancy editing. what software do you use by the way. I feel that you made a good choice when selecting the music for the video. I feel that some of of your riding was a bit skecth. Apart from that most of it was good just keep Practicing
  7. I ve already been told that were you live is pritty good for riding as i know rob and aaron. I ve been told a little about you already.Casue you went nass as well. Thanks for replying.
  8. Might i suggest blue frame with white bars and forks. Plus red metalic hubs, pedals and grips. could some one please attempt to make the bike in these colours. That would be much appreciated. Darren
  9. That was pritty good video for a begginer. Bit of advice get a helmet as soon as you can,and Seriously cut down on using all the Smileys. Your doing really well for a starter just keep going at it. Im also new to trails my self and have only been riding for a week and few days now. loved the sound track good choice dispite it being just a bit over used. Darren
  10. I also dont mind a bit of bmxing my self. I ride a mongoose mischief, quick spec: max daddy's rear and front and 2 finger dirty harry. I got My bike from bikes bikes bikes for £120,My friends mum knew the man who worked there. Ive also got a gt racing bmx for like £20 with a azonic seat dirty harry max daddy front primo wall rear. Ive only just started getting it to trials. Been doing it about a week and a bit droped off 10 bricks. But i used to do a bit of street bmx and mainly dirt jumping, i helped build jumps in my local woods. I seemed to have the same trouble you are currently having with doing the 180's So i can give you much advice on that except for keep practicing. Darren
  11. That looks mad wish i could have been there to have ago. Never seen any one come up with an idea as excellent as that one. By the way using all that spring can you go like three times as high? Lucky you didnt fall off your front disc may have burst the castle along with your fun. That brough a smile to my face seeing those thank you. (a funny topic at last.) Darren.
  12. This is a very pointless topic and can cause a lot of tension between people. It's like starting a topic on what came frist the chicken or the egg. For exmaple i would Personally say 20'' is best, but some one else would say 26'' is beter. (it never ends!) Basically i would suggest people not make these sort of topics there not that good, only cause conflict. People should just go with what they personally prefer weather it be 20''or 26'' Neither one is better than the other. You do the same things on both types of bikes, the only difference being in size and the 20'' may suit small people and a 26'' for tall people.
  13. Thank you for replying. Im afraid i dont have any pictures sorry. I have now been riding for a week and a few days And i ride a onza t- mag. May have to check out those riding locations you suggested sometime.
  14. Hello im darren. I ride in parkwood a place in medway where i live trials is not very good. Im Curious to know where you all come from and where you ride. As well as this i would like to know if where you ride is a hot spot or not, (Is it good for trials) Something else i wouldnt mind knowing is if trials is very popular in your area, (Hense do you ride alone or in a big group) I personaly dont tend to ride alone i ride with my friends chris, aaron and rob. Overall this topic is bascily a bit about you self and your love for trials. All comments are much appreciated thank you.
  15. At the end of the day it's up to you what pads you get cause it's you who has to ride the bike. But if it was me i would get some heat sink cousts as a few people i know and ride with have them, and they have highly recommend them to me. So i would have get heat sink coust, put grind in rim and use tar this is a very good combination. One of my friends who is currently using these pads his grind has been worn away becasue the pads are so harsh . Darren.
  16. Ive not seen that bike before but from what i can see it looks like a beast. This the frist time ive heard of that bike so my guess is it pritty rare. Anyway that was a nice picture and im just wondering does she ride as good as she looks.
