  1. i thougth chaves had minimotos and nicked mopeds
  2. i have the scar of a snapped handelbars cuz i dent changer them most alloys don't bent so there is no warning of them going apart from the creek and yea the creek can be caused by loose bolts or movement in the stem but it could be moving in the stem because the metal is flexing more and more till it just gose and face onto stem and hand in wheel stings a bit but at the end of the day if you don't mind the noise once you have checked every thing and you wana put some oil on it so u cant hear it thats fine but it wont stop it movin and the fact thats its moving is the problem just wait see what happens if u want i can only speak from what i no and i've only been riding 15 years

  7. yea headset is a bit wrong u have 2 bits in the wrong place (i think from the pic) u have the seal up side down and near the top is the bit that should sit on the seal from what i can see that is.
  8. thing is its not the cost thats a problem its bound to be cheeper then the freeride rig i was looking at i want to branch out from xc/street to street/trials and my bike as much as i love it is just to big to chuck about althou i try (ill have to get some phone vids put up) my standerd on the xc bike is up and down picnic benches (you no the type 2 bench seets and a table like in the pub) so i wana try it proper on the right type of bike see if i can . my average drop off seems to be my bikes hight and i have a good balance on rear wheel but my bike only seems to balance when near virtical (or mabe its just me) so i have some skill for an old school boy just dont no if its me or my bike holding me back

  13. there are a few ways to remove bolts but don't grind the top off as it will make it harder. 1 u can use a center punch to tap round the bold (long winded but dose work be patiant with it) 2 drill a small hole in it and buy a pack of easy outs 3 if its a x head get a pack of jml screw removers they work really well 4 drill it out totally but mind the threads 5 heat up the part u want to remove from making the metal expand 6 if its rusted in use cilit bang on the bolt (cover frame with plastic bag)and leave over night there maybe other ways but with out seeing what i'm dealing with its hard to guess can u post pic ?
