I would run a v on the front but not on the back as i would be scared of it slipping for example when im on a wall.

I have lost the extracting thread on my crank arm and the only way i no of getting it off is by heating it, anyone no any other ways?

I am also getting a tryall freewheel as i am impressed with the 108 points of engagement, but i cant find a site with them on. no any?

pump water into the brake with the bleeding kit, catch all of oilly water in a cantainer and wait for the water to become clear and bubble free. As soon as you no there are no bubbles in the water and it looks clear cap the tube on the brake cylinder with your fum and scrw the grub in the leaver. now the pressure will hold in the water and you can let go of the tube and screw the rest of the bolts in.

i agree with bionicman give it a second grind.

i slowed down the video on my editing software and when i put it on youtube it came out a bit to slow.
