hi lads i have a set of bmx cranks,i am wondering if you can get a chainring with a bashgaurd for them. they are 152mm would that be ok for trials do you think

me and my missus have been going out for 3 years,i am irish and moved to england for her we are not have a good patch but i think that we will sort things out BUT i think that i want to move back to ireland i miss all my friends and going surfing and riding with my freinds i played rugby in the irish premiership and i want to get back into it my head is up my arse and i need advice i love her and want to be with her but i really dont know what to do can anyone help cheers lads sorry if i am wasdting your time

has any one here had the appendex out,it is so hard to move after it is done. On monday night i had my tea,then got bad cramps which last till wensday morning, i went to gp and she sent me straight to hospital and i had them out on thursday night, it was my first time having an operation and i absouletly shit myself and i am not afraid to say it. any one else here had the same experince
