I get them not so much now but back in the old bmx days i used to not be able to ride because of the pain. I found thermo wrap or any thinging similar are great, they Velcro round your lower back and you can where them whilst riding, you can purchase them from sainsburys. Hope it helps Dan

Hi all I am aware this topic comes up alot but there all so confusing, every one has there own opinions. To make it easier for my self i have narrowed it down, on my bike i have 2 sprockets on the back a 19 and a 17 wick of these 2 are best for my stock. Thanks Dan
