Whether I am newby in trial, but i can say it rides fine. I see my progress is growing. My hight is 180cm. And i think base is up to me. Some one said that Z1 jumps to side-hops by mean of itself. Quite enough of my bike!

I`d think of Avid bb7. Lot of pro` use it. Easy in tunning and installing

rear sprocket depends on what is you ckranks lenth and front sprocket size. I have: 170mm, 18-16. Good enough. Cheers!
