hi mate get a monty ti free wheel iv had it ages and it hasent gone rong or come loose once, if u dont get one of these and want to go for a cheaper opsion get the welded acs claw hope that hlps Ant

i went but no body attended, so me and 4 of my matyes went riding in derby and one of them snaped his down tube in half it was joke lol, so ill put a new post on next time im going derby or nott's to ride and ill hope some people attend Ant

hi, i am looking to buy a new front brake soon, and i wondered what shell i get? i am looking at disc as i currantly run on hs33 green maggie it works a beest but i want a disc, so has anone got a sugestions on what to get? Ant ps and whats the best disc hub but cheep Ant

i used to have a acs claw they are wa*k so the i brought a monty 221ti frewheel the new one for £40 from tartybikes sins iv had it iv had no probs so if i was you i would buy one of these, hope this helps, Ant
