£650 - £800 a month depending on how much extra extra time i do, i am only contracted 7 hours a week my base pay is £130 ish but i get loads of over time

ride in what every you like the style of i mean you see what i ride in owt from cheap kustom branded shoes to dc's makes no diffrence and besides you ride in addidas footbal trainers anythink will be better than those lol

if you want to reuse your cog you will need a chain whip and possibly a vice, if you dont mind loosing your cog grip the cog in the vice and hit your crank arm with a RUBBER mallet

also make sure your pads are flat against your rim, I know on v brakes if the pads hit uneven on the rim this can cause squeakyness
But Maguras do tend to squeak

rubber i find alot more grip, foam last longer i think but i will never stop using rubber, my next set of grips will be a set of "Jimmy le van" grips they are super thin with an awesomely grippy cork style grip and flanges aswell

quick word of advice if they kane you for wearing a helmet headbut them with it on

mate just route around your house/shed you will find loads of washers that will do the job and will be free

See if there is any movement in your crank arms that might be the problem, one of you arms might be rounded if there is no movement your BB could be Buggared or your pedals may be on the loose side, so just give it all a good shake and if its loose sort it out

he put his wheel in like that on purpose, seen as he isnt running disk he didnt see the point on landing on the mounts during a sidehop, so he put it on the other way round. So he says anyway
thats exactly why i did it
but yeah just so I dont mess it up but it didnt help as i sidehopped up a wall front wheel landed just that lil bit to far on the other side and sliped down so i still landed on it and i went head over heals -

tea is nice to drink in big amounts but if i just fancy a drink in the morning or befor work i will have to say coffee and starbucks if its near, cant beat a good caramel latte and macies coffee is not too bad either

I would sugest you get roof bars fitted and then get a cycle carrier that fits onto your roof bars just means the drive through is out the window

disk brake cleaner that is what it is made for or any citrus based cleaning product would work not aswell as brake/clutch cleaner
