also make sure your pads are flat against your rim, I know on v brakes if the pads hit uneven on the rim this can cause squeakyness But Maguras do tend to squeak

rubber i find alot more grip, foam last longer i think but i will never stop using rubber, my next set of grips will be a set of "Jimmy le van" grips they are super thin with an awesomely grippy cork style grip and flanges aswell

See if there is any movement in your crank arms that might be the problem, one of you arms might be rounded if there is no movement your BB could be Buggared or your pedals may be on the loose side, so just give it all a good shake and if its loose sort it out

thats exactly why i did it but yeah just so I dont mess it up but it didnt help as i sidehopped up a wall front wheel landed just that lil bit to far on the other side and sliped down so i still landed on it and i went head over heals

I would sugest you get roof bars fitted and then get a cycle carrier that fits onto your roof bars just means the drive through is out the window
