I do a bit of road riding (but i'm not a roadie who rides in two lines in the middle of the road I just do it for exercise) A bit of XC and Freeride if me mates make me and Park BMX

I try folding my matalan jeans up and it worked a treat!!

I use the 661 veggie's there really flexible and light weight. I got mine from halfords and they were under £30. Also I always hit my knees on my stem so I wear vollyball knee pads, sounds silly but work really well and very flexible their Rucanor ones.

I spent under £7.50 on a chain tool, 2 sets of brake pads (for mtb) and 2 tubes Bargin!
