So trials only... would the raptor be an OK bike to start with? Even if I did you use it to get around, it really wouldn't need to get me far at all, just 10 minute ride to town or something, which I could easily do on a bmx. I'm not going vast distances.

I'm really looking for a 26" to be honest.

Well I did say I only might be getting it, I'm still open to other ideas. And I'm new to all this, so it's hard to know what to look out for.

Yeah, along with other thing, but I want a bike with a saddle. And I can't really find alot of other bikes I like. But any recomendations would be cool.

First, thanks to the people who helped me out yesterday... And after looking at some different sites, I think I might get the Saracen Instinct 2. There's some info here. What do you guys think? And has anyone ever had/riden one of these (or one of the similar ones).

You can get them free on the net, just use google. Some ask that you credit their site/makers when you use them (as they're free), so just stick the web address on the end of the credits. Here's a good one... Freesound

haha, yeah I've seen the site, I found it from a video on Youtube. Yeah I'm over 6ft, so I'll go with a long/stock to get something more comfortable. I don't know any places near me that sell trials, so I'm pretty much stuck with looking on the net. Anyone had one of those Saracen X1 Disc 2007 I mentioned above? I'll get looking around that site, but any other sites/bikes you could recomend would be great.

I'm new to all this so I'm still trying to pick up what all the different types are... Probably a stock. I'm not sure what you mean by long or short.. Hopefully I'll actually pick up what all these terms are shortly.

Hey, I haven't owned a bike in about 5 years or so and I'm interested in getting a new one. I've looked around the net and some forums, but there's so many options I'm just a bit confused. So, could people recomend any good bikes? (I did try searching but it kept coming up with an error) I've been looknig at the Saracen X1 Disc 2007 and a few others... Any advice?
