i'm not sure what size it is as i've never had it out of the bike but it is a try-all one if thats any help.

After fitting a bashring to my try-all cranks and freewheel i went to put it back onto my bike and when i tightened up the bolt the crank would not move because the inside of the freewheel was hitting the bottom bracket cup but it moved freely when the bolt wasn't fully tightened. I was thinking that it was because my bottom bracket axle was to short can anybody tell me if this is rite?

no you can just buy a singlespeed conversion kit from your lbs for like £20 it comes with the cog and all the spacers you need.

dont want to sound like a twat but what is a KO? i've never heard of them.

Rite i was wondering if anyone knows of anyways to get a snapped bolt out of my frame. btw it is snapped rite in you cant take it out with an ajustable. i was thinking about putting a small drill (maybe 3mm) through it and then i may be able to get it out from there. would this work? any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure but i've heard if you plug the ipod in without itunes open then open my computer and save the songs already on your ipod to your computer then transfer the songs to your ipod along with your new songs. Give that a try and see if it works.
