They aren't sealed, they're caged. The dudes at Supercycles decided to play nice and use caged bearings so the freewheel's easy to service instead of fully loose-ball ball bearings.

used to smoke then started trials and was out of breath so quit it was a waste of money and also kill's me now i cant stand the things all because i got in with the wrong croud (spelling)

ok this is a kida add on to the any one smoke post and also im borde and no one on msn but anyway has any one ever done drugs or do drugs atm?????

yes thats all true therre alot lot stronger and better....

if its near the brake mount or the seat stays its due to not running a booster....its happend to a few zoos cracking in that area

will it fit my try all hub and is it good quality and will it last a long time
yes it should do and i have not had any trouble with mine and trials-uk give 6 MONTHS worranty on there products and i cant remember if the sprocket came with is but i have had mine for like 8 months summing now and i have not had no problem with it

ok head set im not to shure about but bb theres a bb removile tall you need to buy one of them to gte it out..
and i think the way to no damage the head set is to get a head set push so it pushes the head set out.

ok i admit a da bomb team maggie but then agen im only 13 and only get £17 a week so like yea you know but anyways im geting cranks and stuff and then saving for the gu le frame

i always use tar in wet and dry, it works a beast on my front rim and ok on my back fim but also my back rim is ground so i say grind your back rim and only use tar if you dont think its holding verry well.
