Probably, if they're in a folder called 'TEMP', I'd have thought you can delete them. It would be a bit daft if the program put essential files in a folder called that.

Where is this folder anyway, I should probably check mine?

Mines under C:\Documents and Settings\samhlm\Local Settings\Temp
