  1. I learnt to kick hop on a 20", i didnt own it. It was my mates and i just had a go now and again.

Now i can kick hop on anything with a half decent gearing.

the easiest way has to be to do a cradle then just kick forward.

The break/kick/breaking is a bit hard to get used to though.

  2. Industrial parks are the best place ever. And if you can... get blue pallets. They're the best ones in terms of durability and reproduction accuracy (ie. not all random sizes)

only prob with blue pallets is their weight if your carrying them around....but they are hench.

  3. I have heard of riders using 24" tubes in their 26" wheels to shed some weight. I don't think that would be a good idea. The wweight alone is enough to stay away!

Since i have gotten smoother and put a tad more air in, i have not had any problems with pinch flats. I run normal tubes, with a bit of sealant.

What tires are you running, what psi?

lmao....how much weight would that lose? like 1g?

  4. i got my first trials mod on monday, quite alot worse than a t-comp but thats only cos im starting out, Shogun gimp, it rides alright but i need new brakes 4 it.

wats with everyone starting to buy mods now?

for the record i bought a BASE TA20 on Sunday which is now broke...dumb freewheel.

btw sorry for taking away credit from the fact you actually bought a decent bike as opposed to me being a cheapskate.

  5. I'm sorry but if you don't think you can get a trials bike for under 100 quid then you really haven't been looking hard enough. Also I see no reason why this need to be closed. He hasn't asked anyone to sell him one just point out where he could get one from. You're only real hope is E-bay. Look for a old Onza T-bird or T-vee. Or a old mission or Monty. Something will come up but don't expect it to be in mint condition or a new bike.

Also it is worth asking people in you local area. You may be able to scrounge enough to build up a bike for very little money. One of my friends sold him 3 year old T-bird for 80 quid about 3 months ago. (And that had the V's upgraded to maggys)

    Good luck hunting.

i like this guy..he makes me laugh

  6. That is well good mate.

Tell you what will go down a treat.

Get some pics of you doing stuff on it and that will be great.

Other then that mate that is well good hahaha.

Might make one now with a federal frame.

    Echo.Josh

    X-x-X

i only made it cus i had a well light shit bmx frame. i wouldnt use a federal, infact i'd like a nice federal bmx.

yeh it does tend to go flying off the trampoline at high speeds sometimes.

  7. So do you stand on the chainstays? You should definitely get some pictures of you doing tailwhips.

you dont stand on it at all. you can either hug the chainstays with your ankle for extra bounce... or u can bounce with it inbetween your legs for extra mobility.

Tail whips are pretty tricky...i dont think my trampoline is bouncy enough for me to have enough air time...

ill post some more pics soon

  8. That is ace lol.

I was thinking of making one myself but because its my sisters trampoline she wont let me :(

that sucks dude, i share my trampoline with my 3 SISTERS!...they were abit concerned about it ripping the trampoline, but with enough protection its fine.

I can hop probably 5 foot above the trampoline on it. it doesnt help that we leave the trampoline out in all weather conditions thus making it shite.

  9. I've only ever rode street trials, well infact ive only just learnt to kickhop, and considering i dont own a trials bike. I guess that explains why i havent ever rode natural.

I guess natural is more of a challenge. I would like to try it.

If someone would like to sell me a nice cheap trials bike!! hint hint

By the way i dont normally write this much rubbish, however trying to get validated is a hard old task.
