as soon as it got into riding it finished,
looks a good spot thoo,
looks a bit puncture mad though

Well.. Who knows what was happening when i was writing the sig'
LOL

Why would you want to protect the chain over the frame?.... Risking damaging the frame more to save a measly chain. Chains are cheap and disposable, frames not so much. I'd feel much guiltier denting and scraping the shit out of my stay than a chain
Id rather have to buy a new frame because its got a crack init, than headbutt a rock because my chain has snaped

Move the writing down a little and make it white
might not look that good, just a sugestion, try it and see,
it will stop it just being a dead straight line

he has promoted the sport soo so much
only thing is his bike has a seat, so when people see other bikes they dont think its the same thing

Ok i kind of found some time straight away
The correct name is Pattela tendinitis
It seems there are a thew different ways people deal with it
but pretty much everybody says rest (i personaly wouldnt be able to do that though lol)
It does seem it can get alot worse if you dont though :/
There are like bands that go round your knee to help it that you can buy too,
anyway insead of me typing everything here a some good links
There some pretty good ones but there are LOADSS just google jumpers knee or Pattela Tendinitis

If you do alot of exercise, im talking about in general not just this one day,
Theres something called jumpers knee,
there is a more technical name for this but im unsure of it.
It is basicaly a long term exercising injury, which basicaly means its from over exercising
Alot of runners, bikers, basketball players and freerunners get this.
Symptoms are achcing kness and somepeople can feel a sort of lump under there knee cap.
I have really achy knees and have always thought i could have this but never been to the doctors about it.
I knew loads about it but have forgotten it all now, al try and find some more information about it when i have time and let you no some more

Wheels would be my first move,

Not anymore there isn't.
It used to be ok, there are plenty of walls, with sheer drops into the sea with these large odd shaped concrete coast protectors, they're quite fun but you get arrested for riding on them.
There used to be a skate park but thats gone and has been replaced by a play park.
If you can drive, Dalby Forrest is Half an hour or less away from the sea front, well worth a visit.
Where abouts in dalby forrest do you ride ?

hey im lerning to hook my self and i have problems too
i find it hard to run into a vertical wall in full speed
i just crash into it and bounce back
any tips for that?
I dont no about anyone else but,
when i do hooks i dont go at it as fast as i can, you obviously need a little speed ( cant just go at it at the speed of a turtle with a limp)
I find if you go too fast you can not lift your bike has high, making it alot harder
I also think you can consontrate on the technique more when going at it slower.
You need to try and convert your weight from where it is when you lift the bike up to the front as soon as possible, when i do hooks i think im starting to lean forwars pretty much just as my back wheel is about to leave the ground,
As soon as your back wheel then touches the wall/rock push forward on your handle bars and move your bum towards your back tyre, this makes a sort of flicking motion and gives you grip on the back.
