Any thermal paste will do. You must have a mate with a small sachet of paste that came with a heatsink or
something. If not, just try a small computer shop. PC World probably won't do it, and if they do - they'll try and sell you a whole tube or something for an extortionate amount.But do NOT run it dry without any paste. And make sure you've cleaned the surface before hand with some nail polish remover or something similar.
pc world do sell it like most pc shops do and like most pc shops they all sell it in small syringes, pc world do the aksas stuff for £5.99 but is not the best stuff in the world! get some artic silver from ebay or ocuk and put a small amount (size of grain of rice) and spread it out with a plastic card. and dont use any type of nail polish remover . . . make sure its alochol free

dont buy usb dongles as advised as having to power them via usb reduces the signal at which they connect so if you are giong to play multi player games you will probably get packet loss on them, this is what i have seen from mostly every wireless network i have setup ( have done lots before) if i was you i would get decent wireless router (not belkin) and a wireless pci-card

i was connection at 64kbs on a 8mb line they hadto go to the exchange and sort it out but with your situation i would doubt they would need to go there, they would just up your bandwidth via computer at the exchange.

the only thing you would need to do if you line has been upgraded is to go into the router firmware and disconnect the connection wait a minute and re-connect, no fireware upgrade for your netgear router will make a difference as all the fireware upgrades for that model actually affect to connection settings. i would login into your router check the speed you have connected at, then disconnect wait a minute reconnect and if that down stream speed hasn't grown then ring them up and cancel your account with them as the price you are paying and speeds your are recieving are terrible!

Just wondering what are peoples views on DEALers? as all i have read(not all of this post) people sterotype them as BAD people, yet every dealer i have picked up has been the just a normal person, and these dealers deal in everything really part from dirty shit, even a few of my friends are big dealers.

hmmmm my d-link router has been ok for bout a year now its starting to age alot, linksys are good but i find they overheat far too easily i would say NETGEAR all the way nothing can really beat them. my dads had one for bout 4 years now and i havent had to touch it once since then and in that time i have been through 3 linksys routers and the one d-link router which is on its way out now.

why dont you just get a DECENT laptop, my mate just brought a powerbook for £500 on ebay plus bundled with loads of programs and will kick the ass off any other windows based laptop at that price plus you CANNOT buy a windows machine aswell built as a mac latop FULLSTOP.

i`ve been to the dam bout 6 times i think now and each time i have never been ID`d but just go in and act like you were buyin a beer to be fair ask Q`s as they have always been helpful with me plus always ask to look at any ganja before you buy if you know what your looking for you wont be dissapointed one bit i love the place!!

if you get any more problems at all ditch the router and get your money back and get a Linksys or Netgear router, Belkin are probably if not the worst and cheapest piece of rubbish you can get for networking, but sounds like you got it all working which is cool!! and very rare! hehe

nope downloaded it from the official site and other places and always get something spyware related . . . hate the program it is what i always find from free ANTI-VIRUS programs

just some friendly notice that i found with avg the free version is that it atually installs spyware on your comp when u install it . . . they installed a keylogger on mine . . . i would never go for a free ANTI-VIRUS program on my machine i always use ad-aware and microsoft beta version anti-spyware and never had nothing on my mahine that has messed it up for over a year no i found avg a rubbish program.

i ran windows 64bit server edition for bout 5 months and have moved back to windows 32bit as i lost it. driver wise i was completly fine but i would wait another 6 months at least to take full advantage of it. running benchmarks on it and did not make no gain in games to that were actually noticable but while in windows the speed gain was very noticable with a few big tweaks, plus its actually pretty damn stable. im going to wait for another 6 months before i use it again though!!

hi i purchased a couple of items from this website about a week ago and money has already come out of my account but no show of the parts, i have emailed them and no damn response, plus have rang them many times

all my friends round ere from uni (total bout 15 diff houses) all got bulldog last year and a few this year and we have had no problems with them at all, its cheaper and extremly fast and never have any problems ....... but if u wanna listen to watchdog go for it :- u`d be a sucker if u did though haha

yep thats what i have heard that it will leave a grease behing, its best using the proper stuff as i use to use alochol nail polish remover and when i started using the proper stuff it would give me at least 5 degree C difference on the temp but as i water cool and overclock heavily i need that extra 5 degree less
lol just make sure u leave it to dry and there is no residue left and u'll be fine, excuse me for all the miss understanding!
