  1. try watching the ryan leech techniques on youtube they are really good and they helped me a lot too

  5. i prefer dual disc because they seem to be sharper (that's my opinion but other people probably think different)

  9. well i have just bought a viz high rise stem off trials uk store instead of using my 221 ti carbon stem which was very low and my new one is much better

  12. are you wanting to run a high or low front end on your t-bird but definatly riser bars
  13. in order for it to work you have to have the same clamp size on both the stem and bars

  16. the czar is a short frame that jamie rides and the 221 ti has the same geo 1005mm
  17. my bike is a dual disc and the hope brakes are not really that awsome they have good power but i prefered my old magura louise

  19. yes i agree with that they certainly seem to be the best value for money brake
  20. heatsink cnc coust pads they seem to be very good on a smooth rim
  21. maybe a magura louise if you have enough money to spend on a brake
  22. the ribo sv-1 are on offer at tarty bikes and they are very good shoes Ribo SV-1
