I would go front freewhell.But i wouldnt go that expensive on parts. front free whell is a lot better i think compared to normal.If your gona do it try the Tensile free wheel

Alot of us in the skegness area are oraginizing a ride a wee bit after christmas.So if anyones up for it just leave a replie and well get back to you nearer the time

Go for the Echo 2007 if your after a strong rim.Thats the best bet.

my pedal hit ma shin and left a tiny little gash on ma shin. over the next to weeks the scab keeps comin bak and bak.i then notice i have a big hole goin throw 2 ma bone . i got a ulcer that eat throw 2 ma bone .i couldnt feel a fing but im now havin al these doctor appointments where they have 2 prod this cotton shit into the hole and then cover it up . the hole went wide grrrr to these pedals
