Sorry, mate. I've been through a pair of Echo 6061's They came loose and the tapers f**ked up.
Now I have decent quality cranks, they haven't come loose and haven't f**ked up like the Echo's.
How about you thinking of shutting your mouth.
Im not getting validated again, The Trials-Forum staff hate me, And fair play to them
Dont give me all this "I'm a full member and this is me patrosining you" bullshit.
I've already been validated and unvalidated twice.
If you dont like NMC Get the f**k out of it.
No hard feeling's though 'ey.
EDIT: I've just read that myself. It looks like im having a go. But I'm only messing about
maybe a few smilies will help.
cheers mate its good to have a bit of humor i think on forums
makes it a better place

I agree... buy cheaper cranks and expect to replace them more often. Or fork out for a more expensive pair and have them last longer.
thanks guys

hi guys
i am needing you opinion on cranks .... that i can use for front freewheel
i have only use the tensiles with front freewheel and i think the are rubbish.
they flex alot and the threads come of really easily
what cranks would be gd for me ?
i like strong cranks due to be heavey footed.... well heavie overall
and will not flex like the tensiles
i have been thinking about the echo cranks ?
are they any good ?
cheers curly -
thanks for the comments guys and i can't get a job at the minute due to the seasonal work because i am only 15 !!

My Trials Nightmare
Hi there trials man n Lady's
this is a topic about my nightmare with trials ...
for Christmas i received from family and Friends and decided to upgrade my trials bike
at this time i was riding a koxx levelboss 26" 1065. it had been a great bike to me 2 learn on and develop my skills
but i fancied a change
so i upgrade completed and built up a echo control 26" short
i am so happy with it and i think it is a great bike and it rides a dream.
until today the treads on my crank went
this is a big set back for me
at the moment i am rapidly improving and i am at the top of my game.
and Evan though i ant been riding for a few hours now I'm missing it all ready
i have my old trials bike sat in my garage but unable to ride due to missing parts that when on my new bike
and at the moment i am not at work because i live in a sea side town and it is out of season
this has really made me mad and upset and can not sell any parts because no one needs them down here
and i need money desperately for new cranks
if you have had a problem like this
how did you get along with them ?
let me know please i am desperate and need my trials riding fix
thanks curly -
Hi Will

i think every 1 has probley has answered this topic be for
because it did this topic a bit ago
-
well it really depends on bb rise i think.
my mate has a marc vinco and he has a try-all 20" stem on it !!
it rides ace .
and it depends what kind of position you like riding in.
but either get a try-all or the viz stems
-
i dount it'll make much difference in the width of the spacer, you could always file/sand it down to the right size
ok thanks
-
i compared a cassette spacer to a freewheel spacer and i reckon they are almost identical in size if you remove the spines from inside the cassette spacer
steve
thanks steve
can i just ask what six cassette was it ?
will it make a difference in what size cassette spacer ?
