Hi New here but here goes... I got a trials bike off a mates brother nearly a year ago now and i have recently got back into riding it. I was looking at possible upgrades when i stumbled accross something that i didnt know: what is the difference between a fixed hub, and a free hub. I know that sounds stupid but one is more expensive than the other, but does it mean that it is better? Also what is the difference in terms of performance? I also have a King rear hub that slips , i am not totally sure which one it is as i got it with the bike when i did not know anything technical about the parts, but i am pretty sure its not the singlespeed one. It doesnt slip all the time, but when it does it makes a horrible noise, and is preventing me from getting any better, ie. doing gaps / bigger drops, as i am affraid that il slip and end up much worse than the bike would. Just wondered if anyone has any advice about how i could go about fixing this problem. Thanks for reading and any help would be appriciated Ed213
