I'm used to shorter, more streety bikes, but even for me this rides really well. Obviously great on the back but still able to do big rolling hops.
Just avoid smooth snail cams...

Had this a few months back from Tarty, pretty much the build on the site with a few exceptions. Really wanted the black, but red turned out ok!
Props to Tarty for the sturdy build, and of course top notch service!

ISIS bottom brackets generally seem to be better quality than squares, but as mentioned, unless you're upgrading both, I wouldn't bother! Square taper have an appealing bodgeability about them too...

I had chain skipping problems, changed most of the parts, ended up with a new tensioner (dual jockey wheel sprung types) which sorted it, must have been the chain wrap even though I assumed there was plenty.

File format support is kinda shitty, but VLC is coming to it soon so that will sort that out to a degree!
Latest iOS is coming end of September I think, so you'll have multitasking plus a load of other stuff. I didn't find the lack of multitasking an issue though.

I had one for a while, they are awesome, much better than a laptop or those awful netbooks if you just use the web and don't need powerful programs. The 3G models have GPS built in, the wi-fi only doesn't.
I'd wait a few months, Apple might be releasing gen 2 before Christmas so the current ones will be cheaper, theres also rumors of a smaller version. If you do get one, they go on eBay for just a bit less than RRP anyway if you decide to sell.
Also I'd stay clear of other tablets coming out - iOS is awesome, it just works so well.

Lower the preview quality? Get a better graphics card?
Maybe try saving it off to an AVI then bringing that back in, some things have trouble playing certain formats.

Do you reckon it's better to do one set at a time? I saw a vid TNN made where you do the both sets at a time, but couldn't help thinkin that if you started doing it wrong you'd end up messing both mounts up.

I've got some Echo TR mounts that don't need those plastic washers to align. One side is perfectly square, but t'other is slightly on the piss.
Has anyone tried filing the tops of the mounts to square things up? Looks pretty straightforward but just wanted to see if anyone had any tips or advice.

Last year I rode from North to South Wales, I remember the Barmouth/Dolgellau area being particularly nice, and a campsite called 'Trericket Mill' a bit more toward the Brecons. Make sure you go through Snowdonia!

It would be awesome, almost everytime I go on the trails there are piles of logs here and there which make me wish I'd have brought the trials bike along. It might take a lot of effort to move and arrange stuff like this into an easily accessible area but most places I've been certainly have the materials to hand.
I imagine they'd only take a few well positioned large obstacles to start too, over time I'm sure riders would bring along pallets and other bits and bobs to add to them.

If your chain's loose it's probably skipping. Get it nice and tight and you should be fixed.
