    I get this when riding my motorbike. i have got this creme forgot what its called though lol, it smells really strong of mint and it actually works you just rub it into your arms and it takes it away.

    I get arm pump that bad that i nearly cant hold on to the handle bars lol so if it works for that im sure it should work for you.

    After cracking my t-pro, i decided to get my self a real frame again :P.

    Spec is

    Adamant A3 frame

    ZHI forks

    Echo team stem

    Bikehut riser bars :P

    Echo front wheel, cnc rim

    Rear echo urban rim on t-master hub

    Try-all bb(absoluely fecked)

    Trialtech cranks

    Front and rear maggies

    Hi

    ino its another pad topic but there are no topics telling me the stuff i want to know. :D

    Rite im thinking of getting some TNN CRM's,

    i was just wondering, what are peoples experiences with these pads?

    and what are you running them on?

    how much they have worn down?

    how long have you used them?

    are they worth the money?

    If people could answer these questions for me id be much appreciated. thanx :D

    Does your bike have maguras?

    and is it a standard onza?

    if so to both of them, why not get a set of deicent brake pads, new bar and stem combo and some decent forks?

    you could maybe even change your cranks and get a front freewheel if you dont already have one?

    IMO getting those wheels are a waste of money because your not going to be destroying your wheels in a hurry.

    Finally got the updates i was after for my Yaabaa.

    Trialtech stem

    Trialtech snail cams

    Ti bolt upgrades on 4 bolt mounts front and rear and pro2.

    Chris king top cap modified to take red alloy countersunk bolt

    Red alloy bleed bolt.

    red pedal pins etc.

    What next, any ideas?

    A nice big scratch on the downtube?

    naa lol i dont think it could look any better to be honest (Y)

    We'll he's become a freind of mine so yeah i will speak to him good luck mate :)

    he was on msn about 15 minutes ago but when i asked him were my brake was he went offline and now on his forum account he has changed his status to private?

    i bought a set of wheels of him, they came in no time atool, i had no problem with him. Have you spoken to him since you payed for the brake/ he told he sent it ? And what brake was it, I'll ask him next time he is on msn.

    And yea ive spoke to him and he just kept telling me he didnt have time to send it to but he would send it the next day then after about a week of him saying that he just stopped replying, he also told me he had recieved the money so there was no reason for him not to send it :S

    Looks alright! What rear hub/freewheel is that? I'd cut those stem bolts down if I were you, they'll have your kneecap off before long. :lol:

    Looks like a echo freehub to me?
