if i was u and i wsa building up the rim i would use a pro 2 but the only bad thing is that u cant get it in the colour that u wnt

yh i like 2 use foam grips i find that they are a good kind of grip 2 use and they are nice and cheap the only bad thing that i found was that they didnt last very long

i have just purchased a hope internal headset an d i was just wanting 2 no if they are a good headset cheers Simon

hiya people i was just wondering why people say that braided hoses are the best and that you should only run them. i have been told that they are a lot stronger than stock cables and that you get better performance out of your brake can anyone tell me if this is true and if it is worth upgrading my cables to braided cheers Simon

i gt told by the people that ride in my local area to tell them 2 bleed it with water and anti freeze i had tarty bikes 2 grind my rim for me and i am in louth

i took my brake 2 my local bike shop and they blead it but they filled it with water and anti freeze the pads that i run are koxx brown pads

i have ground my rim and i have only just had my brake blead and i already run a booster so i dont know what 2
