does not eating enough mean you dont lose weight? reason being is i have a physical job and i added up my average day calorie intake a while ago and it was about 2300.
2300 seems really low for the food you've put on that list, things like peanuts and bagels have got shit loads of calories ? I reckon its probably more like 3000+ for your food, and whatever you're drinking throughout the day is gonna be extra. Also I'll assume you like a beer now and then and they're around 200 calories a pint.....
I've managed to shed just over 3 stone since February pretty much by just cutting down on the shit i used to eat, and when i eat it. I work nights so i have a big dinner before work and then burn it off through the night and go to bed hungry. Also I've been using the "myfitnesspal" app the last few weeks to keep a diary of what I've been eating and to help get rid of the last stone i want to lose, counting calories to lose weight does suck both cock and balls but it does work as long as you include EVERYTHING that you're eating and drinking.

I'm currently paying £105 per month for gas and electric, can't remember how much the gas is on its own but I think it's about £60ish ?
That's with EDF for a 3 bed semi and we have an antique boiler that came out of the ark !

Sainsburys have been doing 24" tubes on offer for a while now so they can get rid of their old stock, went to my local shop today and they're down to 49p each now !

Oldskooltrials i salute you and your old skool awesomeness, have litterally wanted to own most if not all of those bikes since I got interested in trials. Do I see two Pashley mhz's? That Ashston is also just the definition of cool! Would love to have a go on one of those!
Yep, 2 26 mhz's . The red one used to be blue but it got a bit tatty so it was redone in red like the Pashley post office bikes. It's got all the proper stickers on it so it looks original.
I used to love that Ashton frame, i had the red/blue/yellow flight saddle that he used to run too. I think you'd hate the way it rides though, it's got 435mm chainstays for starters.........

It's the short version, the long version has a bend in the top tube and gussets between the top and down tube.

Love this. The old school parts on a brand new frame is just awesome, how does it ride?
Well it's not mine but I've had a quick ride and it feels pretty sweet. It's a bit shorter than I personally like but nothing I couldn't live with. If Inspired made a long version I'd definitely get one for myself, bikes with seats are just better.
The forks feel pretty stiff to me, and I'm about 16 stone at the moment.

I'm still using an El Gato on my other bike, it's a lot better on a wider rim. Soooooo many snakebites with D521's.....

crying out for a shorter stem though...You're probably right, but it already feels quite short having come from a 1100wb Pashley !

Built this up for my mate at the weekend, we used all the parts off of his Pashley so there's some old stuff on it ( including my Orange Zero forks ! )but it all works.
Should be updating some of the parts soon including the tyres,they should end up on one of the 2 Pashley 26mhz frames Ive inherited . Should save a bit of weight too as its over 12kg as it stands.
Should get some better pictures tomorrow, hopefully of it being ridden
