I think with trials its best not to think like that.
It will just put you off going for big lines!
my most painful accident must be, not landing onto a rail good enough, i went to lunge off and i kinda surged forward flat, my hand came off the bars my front wheel hit the ground first then my bollocks on the stem then kinda flipped forward to the ground.
Damage inflicted: Slight graze to my cock and bruised balls never want that to ahppen again :$

Mr George
I must say your typhoon rides a beast its proper lush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
only one thing ditch you rim coated in tar, get a grind. then you will have a sick brake like mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ill bring my grinder with me next time I'm riding and do it for you if you want?
Gary.

Well how much do you have to spend?
Gary.

She looks sweet!
How does it ride? is it a short or a long?
If you want to get chris king stuff get it from HERE , you can save yourself a hell of a lot of money
Gary.

I use a cut down piece of clear rubber pond tubing it has saved me denting my down tube many times, i also have a piece on my chain stay on the side i side hope to it works a treat
Gary.

Echo rims also come 36h now, i'd thought you know that by now Jeffers.
And you can also buy profiles in 32H!
i have run one for the last 2 years, never had a problem.
Just a little dab of engine oil when servicing and she works a treat

I have used if for a while now and i really like it. It kinda feels like foam grips but they take forever to wear down it normally outlast rubber grips.
Gary.
-
I would go for it mate
They are very lite and very nice geo, i rode one in braintree last week and it was very flicky and the 1025 is a nice wheelbase so you can still pull off big wheels swaps ect.
Plus for £229.00 you cant go wrong.

Hi everyone
I was just wondering does any of you guys run certain setups that other trials riders dont normally use?
I.E grips, gear, shifts, Tyres etc?
and state the reason why you like the parts compared to the run of the mill trials spec parts, other riders trials use.
Or even home made parts you have bodged yourself.
Mine must be my grips i use wrap around racing bike grips
PROS.
Has the feel and grip of foam grips but takes about 10x longer to wear down.
you can make them as long, short, thin or thick as you want.
you can still get them in all the snazzy coulors as most trials spec grips.
CONS.
I seriously cant think of any.
