Thanks for all the good advice on the chains, but will all of these work with a normal front chainring and an acs claw rear freewheel, as aren't the freewheels designed for bmx's which use a wider chain, suggesting that if you need a wider chain that you need a different front chainring? Please tell me if i'm right?! And how did you know i'm validated if that was aimed at me? Cheers!

I’m probably going to get a single speed set up for my bike, I’m going to get a dmr revolver ss hub and get an acs freewheel, will a normal chain work, if not will I need a different front chainring if I need a different chain?

Haha, cool, only two good parts! I dont have that much money because i have an expensive dirt jump bike, wont an onza be ok for a beginner to learn on, and then i can upgrade parts if they do break, or is it really worth it just buying a good bike straight off?

I have about 15 8 foot long 2 by 4's that are nice and strong that are off my old quarter ramp that I built when I was into bmx. Now I am going to start trials biking, I want to build a little trials park, where I can practice the basics on, I have enough land and like building so I’m just wondering if you lot have any ideas of some cool things, as piles of pallets on top of each other look a bit boring.

Are there any pictures of this bike, and how much are they? Because i'm on a limited budget so looking for a good, cheap bike. Tahnks.

Thanks for the advice, I thought 20" trials bikes looked a little silly (no offence to anyone who rides them). Are the onza guy forks any good because new they’re only £40, and what rear wheel would you recommend, as I’ve found a mission pro trials wheelset for £100 and an onza tango wheelset for £70, but no rear wheels on their own this cheap.

I'm into dirt jumping and freeride, but i've got bored of doing the same thing and it seems that to progress i just need to be a bit more crazy! I watched a Chris Akrigg video on youtube and his style made me want to get into trials. I have a limited budget of around £300. I have looked on a few sites and have found an Onza Spyrogyra for about £270 and tbirds/vees for around this price. I would like your advice on which one i would be suited to, as a beginner at trials, but considering i'm used to a 26" dirt jump bike. Or would it be better to build up a trials bike with second hand parts as i have an onza t-raptor frame i bought around 2 years ago. Also (sorry for going on a bit) but what are a few trials bike shop websites in UK other than tartybikes and trialsshop? Many thanks Alec.
