Hi, all you need to do is put your old sim card that is registered to contract into your new phone.
If you don't have your old sin card then you need to go to a phone shop and buy a contract, they will then give you a new sim card to put into your new phone.

Right well here's the thing......
I broke my freewheel so borrowed my mate's spare ENO for a ride.
Yesterday i got my new freewheel, i went to take my friend's off and it wouldn't budge, my dad took it to work and made a tool and it still wouldn't budge.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get freewheels off of crank arms?
Thanks

Hi Jimmy,
My sincere apologies for the really poor service, and to all others who had the same experience. I've got your order here, marked the 14th of April, which is a crazy wait for anyone. I can't find any of the emails you've sent, but nevertheless I should have been proactive in emailing you the status. I've been struggling for time more than normal recently, and when time is particularly short then it's easy to get an email backlog too. I'm guilty of not keeping riders up to date on delays via email. Then I ran out of CNC backings due to embarrassing stock control, just to make ontime delivery more challenging. Stocks of pads and backings are high again now, so I'm getting back upto speed, and am completing the last outstanding 10 orders in these next few days.
I am working to get things back to the same day send out that I myself would expect. I'm really want to restore riders confidence in HSB send out. No special excuses for being busy, I've been delivering poor service and I'm not happy about that. I know that it's just a question of being better organised and planning ahead which I can definitely do better. Once I've caught up, then I will get the organisation improvements in to stop these slowdown periods for good!
Best wishes,
Steve
Hi, thanks for the second apology mate, i got my pads now and they great, will definetely be buying your products again.
I can understand why mine and other people's pads/frames etc took longer to arrive
Thanks

Hey, i have done this sort of thing before.
I think it is a combination of things, the main thing being a very low gear and people (includin me) end up pedalling like crazy and lose control lol

Hi,
I must apologise sincerely for the delay on send out these last few weeks to all riders who have been waiting patiently.
I've only got orders from the last couple of days or so to make up tonight, and then I'll finally be on top of it again
If it's any consolation, I'm clearing out the local supermarket with the extra number of Chocolate Eclairs that I'm adding with orders to soften the delay!
Thanks to everyone for your understanding recently.
Steve
Hi, thanks for the apology, an understand why it can take a little longer for products to arrive.

Well being you and many people have already said "no buying or selling in NMC" then they'll figure it out
They're far from stupid!
Just trying to help mate.
The reason i said it is because he is still reading the topic but hasn't done anything about it.
Trying to be helpful

Like i and many people have already said, no buying or selling in NMC.
Someone has already advised you to edit your post quickly before a mod or admin sees.
U gonna take his advice or what?

What did the automatic e-mail say?
Basically, it said: Hi, sorry you had to chase your order. There has been a sudden rush of orders so it may take a bit longer for you to receive your item. Extra sweets will be enclosed for people who have had to wait.
That was about 2 weeks ago and i still havn't received them

Thanks for the help.
Will probably get the rims with painted siewalls and see how long they will last, when the start to wear, then grind it off lol.
Any other ideas though?
Thanks
Sam
Edit: I have an Adamant A3 so no disc mount on the rear, i always wanted a disc on the rear though, can you get them welded or is there some sort of adaptor?
-
Hi, i am thinking of buyin some try-all rims front and back.
I am currrently using a magura on the rear and don't want to ruin the coloured sidewalls.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to protect the paint?
Thanks
