I'm just wondering has anyone tried golf gloves for bike gloves, I know you might be thinking what an idiot but the grip is really good the material is thin for better feel and you can pick up a good set for 15 quid, I haven't fully tested them out so unsure on how quick they would wear out just curious to see if anyone has tried and views

I'm thinking building my new set of wheels with red alloy as they weigh a fraction of the weight of brass ones they come in Colors but how much weaker are they than the brass ones as I'm not the smoothest of riders and a bit of a fat lad if I'm honest, your advice appreciated
