can anyone tell me if the MOD short Gu 06 Typhoon is any better to ride than the longer 08 MOD typhoon (currently riding short MOD 06 typhoon)

I was Wondering if it is possible to run the freewheel on the oppisite side. there is probably some obvious reason why you cant but i was wondering if it is possible. has anyone ever tried it??

Ive decided to start getting into trials. im building on a 06 GU Typhoon. I still havent descided on what brakes to use. i was wondering which would be better, either Hs33. disc or V. does anyone have any opions

thanks i just put the bottom bracket and echo cranks on im just waiting on the stem and bars and i should be just about done

well basically i got the frame, a fsa pig headset, bottom bracket and a Hs33 for £120 so not that much really

will do mate. im hoping its goint to be a good bike to ride. still dont know whether to finish it and sell it like i was goint to so i can start another bike lol.

as soon as possile mate just waiting on a few more parts then ill be using it. cant wait till its finally done

hi people i just wanted to make a post asking people what they thought of the portsmouth DJ ride thats just come to pass. quite a few people turned up and luckily the weather held up. what did everyone else think?

I just got this GU Typhoon 06 frame off one of my mates. basically i have just checked it over and gave it a new paint job. i was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the frame, such as if it is relaible or not. basically the good and bad points of it. the manufacturer has reviews but id rather hear from the people that have ridden with the frame. thanks.

thanks alot i never would have thought about using a drift. ill definatly use something other than a screw driver for my new frame. the headset i removed was nackered so i just got a new FSA pig to repace it. hopefully it will be up and rideable soon as i cant wait to see how it rides

hey i was just removing a FSA pig from my mod frame and i didnt have the specific tool. imanaged to get it out but i was wondering if there was a simpler way than going at it with a screw driver and hammer? all advise would help!

i just got a used GU frame of my mate its a 2006 GU typhoon. does anyone have any feedback on it. such as faults or good points?? cheers

thanks for the input people. i allready have the frame with headset, bottom bracket. and i have 2 hs33 brakes one hs33 lever and i have some echo bars so i might look for parts that are for sale on here. if you have any for sale please could you drop me a message of what your selling??? thanks people umm you probably dont know me but if you know callum stickland or marcus (lil marc) then you might get to know me and yeah i live near the leisure centre
