no i thort that to but the bike shop tried to fit and they said "thats what we called fooked" so i was like oh so do you know if you can get bb thread helicoild

Frame is about 12months old and it came with bb and when i took to the local bike shop they said it was most prob a naff fitting and when i changed the bb it took the thread with it.

Hi i just spent the best part of £350 on my bike and today was the first ride with all my new parts and i noticed that the bb was unskrewing its self so i went home to tighten it back up and the thread is stripped. Just wounderd if you can go places that re cut the thread as it would be a cheaper option thean buying a new frame. Thanks .James

sorry dose the stem not fit the forks...? if not buy some new forks maybe?

you keep your balance more when moving e.g. hopping on back wheel on the spot insted of just staying still. its like trying to balance on one foot, its easier hopping around in circles . james.

the way i have been doing it is tighten one spoke with a 360turn then get a bit of string to the exact oposit then 360 on that then over and over...

hi, i just laced my new hub onto my new rim thats the easy part..... i would be greatful if any one can help me with the tightening(?) of the spokes and the order you do it in blarblarblar ... thanks.james.l
