Well they said they are trying to locate it, but that i should start a claim as you only have 28 days. You could maybe try phoning Koln "IFS", I'll email you the parcel number.

Hi, if you still haven't recieved it yet, can you send me an email confirming that you have not yet recieved the parcel, so that i can process a claim in case it's been lost?

Last tracking information says: "12/04/2010 16:19:00 PARCEL TRACK IN KOLN IFS"

Yeah i used 22:19 and it was perfect tension - with a brand new chain it might be tight at first, or with a very old/stretched chain it might be a bit slack. (I've sent you the mech hanger as well though).

Courier picked it up at 9:25 this morning so its on its way, let me know when you get it!

The courier (Parcelforce) is collecting it tomorrow, delivery is usually 48 hours but i guess you might not get it until next week because of the weekend maybe?

£260 + £20 to share some of the postage cost, as the postage price i got was without VAT, so it will be more expensive than i thought! (I originally wanted £290 for the frame only, they are £549 rrp, so i think £280 for frame+headset+postage is fair).
