Looks like Gu le mixed with Monty camel - i like it, but! - awful tensioner system in my opinion and price would be waay to high!

Wouldn't this brake be better if we leave the echo/magura design and closed system and just put the integrated clamps. Surely that's all people want? Who cares about auto adjust, it's been almost two decades since people starting using magura - thre hasn't been any fancy stuff like this, why would we need it now? Keep it simple, light, strong and durable!
Has this product been patented yet? Could we just ask Deng(echo) to change a design a little?

Oh right fair point, i didn't know it cost alot.
I am guessing frame/fork price = 20 x carbon bars price as there is about 20 times more material? £2000 just for those?

Sounds like a brake with plenty modulation like magura disc brakes and not much locking/holding power. From the review it sounds like these brakes are made for light cross-country riding...

Rear wheel, tubes, forks, bb, pedels. Then ti bolts and maybe a freewheel.
God damn it, just ride it! You won't get more skill by putting lighter components!

Nope, haven't used anything for making it quicker, so you are probably right. And that what I though that less holes the better the hold as there is more contact area. I guess I will ride couple more weeks to see if I get use to it and if it becomes any better!

Was running magura on the front for a while now and fancied a change, so put hope I had with a 200mm aztec rotor and some new hope pro pads. The aztec rotor is pretty much twice as light as the original hope one, so i though I would save some weight there. Have been riding yesterday for about 3 hours and the brake was very poor at the beginning (hardly any power!) and eventually got more powerful in the end of the ride, while still having way to much modulation comparing to a hope rotor. Do you think the brake hasn't bedded in yet because solid rotor take longer wear the pad or I shouldn't expect any better performance? All my up to fronts seemes to roll through rather than biting on the edge. is there any way to reduce modulation and increase bite/hold? I am have been practising g turns lately and discs seems the way forward - less noise, more modulation. Any recommendations?

Using platronics Gamecom 777 myself had them for over a year now, still work briliantly. If they do fail I will most likely go for Logitech G35 or Razer megalodon - LINKY
