This will let you remove songs from the Ipod, to your PC, then you can copy them accros using Itunes.

I just got a quote for a ford courier van, 1400cc.

3rd Party and the van is worth roughly 800.

Anyway the quote from norwichunion was £2006.89 p.a. Is this too expensive or reasonable, i have no knowledge in this area. I am 17 by the way, if this affects pricing.

I bought a Trek 1400 last year (road bike) and it came with an internal headset, although i do not get on with it- forever coming loose, water getting in.

Is it possible to buy an adaptor so that i can use a normal headset. ie. Chris King no threadset.

I have recently injured both my knees and i don't know how (N) . The pain is below my knee caps and behind (sometimes), it occurs whilst walking, not so much when running. It feels as if they can't hold me up straight.

Any ideas what it is and hoe i can get better, or how i could have caused it.

[Brake Pads]

My brake pads koxx bloxx are still not bedding in. Well sometimes they work amazing then all of a sudden they don't grip . I wash them they improve soon after they become crap and don't grip agian.

Has this happened to anyone else?
