i find that if you try and throw yourself as far away from the bike as you can and then try to take the impact on your forearm before rolling onto your shoulder and then your back you wont get hurt as bad. there is actually a technique to crashing!!

hi i'm looking to get started in trial riding to help improve my bike handling skills and was wandering if anyone would be able to give me some advice/guidance on a decent bike to start with. i'm looking at getting a stock bike and any advice will be appreiciated. thanks marcous
