This 24-inch wheeled bike is a ground-breaking design by Martyn Ashton. The intention was to create a bike capable of technical Trials riding whilst still retaining the ability to excel on street obstacles and skate parks. This exciting bike is neither a BMX nor an MTB; more a 'BMXTX' that can handle 45-inch side hops and 30ft Back-Flips. The Effect prototype has generated amazing interest over the last year whilst ridden by Martyn on the Animal Relentless Bike Tour, "This is simply the most fun bike I've ever ridden. I can point it at any obstacle and hit it with confidence; the tight geometry means that I can make the simple stuff interesting, the Effect is so agile that I want to spin it off everything." Martyn Ashton.

just work on the basics dont try to do the big stuff till you have the small stuff thats how people get hurt tricks and stunts is one of the bast vids/dvds to get to help learn
-
can you do the basics becase most people skip that stuff ?
track stand bunnyhop and backhop without moving backwards ?
-
its not a GOOD idea but if the spokes are not very old and good quality its ok but they wont be as strong as new ones
-
not sure if you can get a normal post
i think it was made to take a mini seat /post i have one new at work i will messure it for you
or if you wanna run a pivitol i might be able to get you one and turn it down from 25.4 to 22 for cost of post plus postage and 10er

Is it april ? because that guy is a fool
-
half links chains are strong but stretch and if you put it on the wrong way round they try to open the links rather than pull them shut
half link chains are crap though
get well soon
-
Whats going on with all the high seats and silly low frames ?
Im hoping that when the effect comes out its going to be what every 24 rider wants from a bike as this echo/adamant stuff swings and misses

The most straight forward way is to water bleed your brakes in a bucket or sink. This will take out the mineral oil and change it for water. The brake might not last quite as long as with mineral oil, but we are still talking years! I bled mine with water in 06 and its still absolutely fine and gives a nicer fee.
Take the brake off of the bike and submerse the master cylinder (the lever) and the slave cylinders. Undo the bleed bolt on the lever, and one of the bleed bolts on one of the slave cylinders. While everything is still under water put your finger over the bleed hole in the lever and pull the brake lever, then take the finger off of the bleed hole and let go of the brake lever. Repeat this process until you have flushed out all of the oil and replaced it with water. Now do up the slave cylinder bleed bolt, and undo the slave cylinder bleed bolt on the other slave cylinder as you run a splitter. Repeat the process, then put the bleed bolt back in that cylinder and remove the bleed bolt from the other cylinder and repeat again. Do this a couple of times so that you are sure that all of the oil is out. Then do all of the bleed bolts back up and your done. Just make sure that the bucket or sink is nice and full and everything stays underwater.
Good luck dude!
if you dont have a bleed kit do the above
-
hello i always bleed from rim end up to lever and if using splitter i bleed it normal then re bleed the other side . make sure you have lever wound out all the way before bleeding
