  1. The noise doesn't really matter that much. And btw i have no intention of stripping out any grease or anything, I was just saying i want a nice strong hub, PREFEREBLY loud. James
  2. I always thought Chris King's were the loudest things going And yeah that's a pretty good plan mate, will try and find a number for them tonight. And I would be upgrading everything you've listed there pretty much immediately after i buy a nice hub. to be honest, i only really want a nice strong Hope for the noise it makes. You may find it strange, but to me, louder is better So if there's any hub you can reccomend for what i like, that would be great also Thanks for the info mate James
  3. Oh really mate? Well that's cool, if you could a link to do with these that'lld be swell James
  4. Oh will it not mate? =/ Does it not fit in any mods then? And if i can't get a hope, what's another good, nice-looking, strong, preferably loud rear hub? [And don't say Chris King ]
  5. Hey there i was wondering if any of you guys know of the cheapest Hope dealer [Or the cheapest one you know of]. Because i want to buy a Hope Pro 2 [The single-speed trials one obviously] for my rip. I was wondering if there's anywhere that might do it for £100 - £120? Because the cheapest one i can find atm is about £130. Thanks James
  6. I'm from Pompey also if anyone's interested
  7. When they come out ..? I'm not talking about the one you've got, fixed hub or something? I'm on about the Pro2 which is already out, quite old now but one of the most well known and strongest, loudest hubs?
  8. Looks real nice mate, i have a white onza rip which is pretty much exactly the same frame as that? I'm thinking about buying a hope pro2 trials hub for the rear wheel next week. What's your opinion, are they worth the money? Thanks.
  9. Very nice video, Some great big drops, and just really neat riding. Cool.
  10. Umm, i'm not sure because i've never owned a t-vee?
  11. Well i got an Onza Rip for my birthday and they're pretty cheap, but decent starter bikes. Bought the '09 model off Winstanley's for £269.99. http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/product/...rials_Bike_2009
  12. Yeah that all sounds good guys, well i'm from Horndean where there's nowhere to ride really, but it's easy for me to just catch a train up to Portsmouth & Southsea stations. Because i've heard there's some great spots like outside the Guild hall and along commercial road. Also near the Pyramids with all the slops, walls and steps? And i ride an Onza Rip which is very new and clean, only ridden it on my driveway and just up the road so far
  13. Ooh looks very nice Make the most of it, this'll be the only time it'll ever be this clean , haha. It actually looks very alike my white Rip. I guess alot of the parts are just a little bit different and alot lighter?
  14. Hello there, my name's James and i'm from Horndean, which is near Waterlooville, and about a 20 minute drive to the City Centre. I was just wondering how many members here are from my sort of area and would be up for coming out for a ride and showing me a couple of things seeing as i'm very new to the sport and don't know anything apart from bunnyhopping really. Thankyou, James
  15. Hey I'm James, I'm new to this forum and I ride an Onza rip (2009). I've only been doing trials for about a month, so i'm no good. Just thought i'd by a begginers bike and get to know the sport And so far i'm enjoying it. I like to ride around the streets in my local area, Portsmouth in Hampshire, just messing about hopping off walls, making bigger jumps every time. My other hobbies are: PC Gaming (Not much though), Bmx'ing, Football & Rugby. Thanks, James
