I had them on for a day on a fresh medium gring, only about 2 mm wore down. My CRMs is wearing down quicker than I expected as well, it's a few mm off the prongs on the cylinders.
Only 2mm in one day and you say it like it isn't a bad thing.

Hello all, as above really. I first came across this forum through a friend and signed up straight away, (back then i'd just started and was riding a base ta26.)
Just re-discovered the site after many years and wondering how i can go about changing my log-in name. As ''--TrottaZ -- [base Ta26 Mk11]--'' is really quite embarrasing.

What's the wear life on the greens like to the yellow's? My friends yellow wore down to like 2mm in like a week, but I'm intrested in the greens

You think you'll win do you, unfortunately you wont, anybody that has had an argument with me will know that! Not that I go starting arguments.... I said I'm not a fan of mod, still complemented the bike in a curtious way and you stick your oar in saying your not a fan of 24" either, the comment I made was to wee allen here, not to you! Hey all, I'm Jamie.. im 14 and live in Scotland, haven't been riding long, since about August 2008 but I ride mototrials pretty much all the time. I have a 2006 Sherco 125 and my trusty steed, a monty 230 urban, however, this isnt to my liking so shall be getting myself a 24" Ciguena in the next few weeks! :$
Joined here to gain some vital knowledge and hopefully thats what I'll get, I have taken a quick browse through the topics not only here in new members chat but in the "more literate" parts of the forum and you all seem quite helpful guys... Now, wheres that post button?

My friends crm wore down like half in the first couple of hours, his rim had a traty's light grind which you couldn't even fell :L
he rang tarty's and they said they could do nothing about it unless they wore down more.......
