  1. " I'm also including another frame (same size and model) which is white with no decals."

i noticed thison one of your ad's, e-mail me on lukeanderson31@hotmail.co.uk and i may buy this frame off you seperately, cheers

  2. 3 Hours?? I'm blowing out me arse after an hour. (but then I am still crap) It seems the better you get the less effort it takes. I found what I think might be a good spot to practice spot deep in the forest of dean while I was out on my mountain bike last night. I'm gonna go back to take a few pics and post them on here to see what you guys think.
  3. I don't have any experience of riding different bikes/set ups so the only thing I've got to compare them with are the echo risers fitted on my sons t-rex. I can't get on with those at all. The sweep on them just feels wrong to me where as the MAD bars feel right. I think when I pimp my ride I'll go for a set with the same sort of geo. When I change them Lord Banks, you can have them. free, gratis, no charge. but it wont be for a few months. Can you wait that long?
  4. MMmmmmm I've got some of these on my bike. They came fitted and as I've only had it a couple of weeks, I'm just at the trackstand, small hop stage at the mo. Maybe I'll change them once I start getting better. I've got plans to give it a makeover anyhow so I'll put some on the shopping list.
  5. Question from a newbie here so patience please if I'm talking out me arse Is it better to practice a move and alternate the forward foot or does everyone favor one or the other. I seem to be more comfortable using my right foot but don't want to get lazy on the other foot if it's crucial to good technique. Cheers
  6. That does look nice. Why haven't I got mates with parts like this lying around????
  7. The general feel i get reading the threads, is that a softer sole than the ones i have now will help me feel the pedals better. There's a routeone in front of me so I'll have a look through that. Cheers Guys
  8. I've got a pair of shimano spd's at the mo. The soles are pretty stiff to help with power transfer on my XC bike. If I take the cleats off would they do the trick or do I need something with a little more flex? Do I need a smoother sole. Would my walking boots be any better?
  9. Gillman. You da man. If reading this doesn't motivate, nothing will. I'm humbled.
  10. Yeah but you know i'm gonna hurt later Echo control. I couldn't have bought a more inappropriately named bike. At the moment it's more like an Echo out of control.
  11. The bike arrived today. I'm rubbish I've been playing around on it for the last hour and I'm knackered. Mind you I never expected it to be easy so I'm not disappointed in my lack of ability. If you have to work hard to achieve something the success is much sweeter.
  12. I must of missed reading these couple earlier. Good work fellas, that made me chuckle.
  13. With balls that big, how does he actually manage to even get his leg over a bike????
