Hi there, i fancy a mountain bike but i have no idea what i am looking for
have about £500-£700 im willing to spend, what websites and makes would you suggest me looking at?
-
just read through again yeah your right about that but if people are not enjoying it maybe they should leave it and watch something else?
if im not making sense probably because i am trying to revise for my heating exam tonight
i enjoyed last nights but yeah it was missing something...
-
people seem to be complaining about it but yet they are watching it?

I'd like to say yes but i'm sat with stitches in my hand

i had a dream the other night i was in a casino full of strippers playing poker and i walked outside and started talking to one of the strippers, then 3 polish people stole my phone so i chased them, caught one and beat him up then ran after the other two down the bypass, was weird but cool.

I though you all love your country and at least satisfied with the quality of life.
Also I want to ask about criminal situation, what is the chance of robbery on the streets/etc? How easily the dispute may turn into a fight?
And what about killing/mutilating someone in defence? In Russia this is a real problem. For example: friend of my friend killed one scumbag and mutilated two out of five that attacked him(he was walking with a girlfriend). 5 vs 1 and pipe in the right place. He was sentenced to 7 years. And that's not fair I think. Also if you broke hand/jaw of attacker you may go to prison for 5 years. This is ridiculous. Well, you have no rights to defend yourself in Russia. And this is twice as ridiculous in country where almost everyone may start a fight for nothing.
i think here you would be in shit for beating people up with pipes

Did you see the pic of his knee ?!
nasty picture
-
Could be wrong, but aren't your snail cams upside down?
didnt think it mattered which way you have them?
-
the drop outs dont seem to be the problem i reckon i could go further back a fair few mm but at the point it is at now in the dropouts the chain is solid,
i have a maxxis tyre i will end up trying to see if it is any better.
-
Is your tyre a try all stiky lite? If it is, you may have to change to a creepy crawler or just the normal try all, these have a lower profile. I read somewhere that the stiky lite is a bigger profile than a normal trials tyre, and therefore has clearance issues in some frames.
its just the normal try all tyre

i was actually thinking of the good ol grinder but it would nack my stays up more than likely
-
theres nothing wrong with my attitude, just had a look through my posts and to be really honest there is nothing wrong at all with my posts so i dont know why you are complaining?
-
Ever wonder if maybe people would be more helpful if you weren't such a dickhead on here the rest of the time? Can't be arsed offering advice so yeah, unlucky and good luck sorting it I guess.
in which way am i being a dickhead can i ask?
-
Nothing wrong with the tyre and frame combo as I ran the exact same with a try all no war rim.
what hub did you use?
-
as in "was already on a full bike".
i couldnt get anything bigger in my 24 than a 2.5 tyre,my built clearance is 2.7 though.
in some cases it just doesnt fit,you cant force it :wink2:
no its not, i dont think they do them in stock bikes think its a frame only kind of thing.
-
is that the stock config of that bike?
the tyre/frame clearance is pretty overkill from the start,it´d wonder me if you get this sorted without changing the tyre
beat me to it.^^
what do you mean by stock config?
and i have seen pictures of others using this tyre (tryall)

what makes you declare my help as useless?i´m just going through the possibilities as you describe your problem a bit wobbly,if somethings not working properly, theres something technically wrong, think you agree with this.
as yoshi said, take every part involved apart and you will be most likely to find your problem.to be honest i assumed things were taken apart befor saying its"fine" :wink2:
edit:you´ll find a cracked axle only if you take your axle off, they often crack on the inner bearing flange
edit 2:seeing the pic i think youll have to tension the left side spokes a bit more.
but then when you put force through the pedal/crank it will catch
Thats a tight fit! Try what Onzatrip says. Could help.

could some others please help out?

the hub axle is fine because i had no problems on my other frame
-
