  1. That's right, but most of the time it's because the tpa is screwed in too far.
  2. Usually a lazy piston happens because you have the tpa screwed in too far. Turn your tpa right down and see if you have the same problem, if you don't anymore, unscrew your brakes and set them closer to the rim.
